We are supporting a fantastic NHS organisation based in Yorkshire who are looking for a Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

This healthcare organisation provides a range of community services across the local area.

The Project Manager (Governance & Delivery) will deliver and maintain a robust project management monitoring infrastructure, enabling the organisation to achieve service improvements and business transformation. They will work in close conjunction with services to support the initial development of programme plans, before these are launched and become the responsibility of operational and corporate teams to deliver. The role involves gathering and collating data on key programmes of work, and maintaining reports for use in governance meetings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining a centralised system to capture data on key programmes and projects to maximise efficiency
  • Creating and maintaining reports on key programmes
  • Ensuring risks to delivery and deviation from specified and agreed trajectories are highlighted
  • Supporting the development of key transformational programme and project plans clearly outlining milestones
  • Supporting operational departments in designing their plans and reporting benefits realisation
  • Working with managers, clinicians and other stakeholders to enable whole system and cross service approach to sharing, influencing and implementing new processes
