Finance Manager / Financial Controller

We are working with a client who are market leaders within Europe and been an established manufacturer in Redditch for a number of years. They are keen to recruit a Finance Lead to join their SLT.  ERP and manufacturing experience is essential.

Supervision of a small team will be part of this role together with the ability to closely liaise with finance and non-finance teams ensuring successful communication of financial data.  The successful candidate will ideally have a track record of successfully improving systems and processes.

Duties will include;

• Overseeing finance operations
• Financial planning & analysis
• Management Accounts
• Financial modelling
• Set & review budgets
• Develop ERP processes
• ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified
