Head of Finance - Onsite

As Head of Finance this key role will be to manage all compliance and efficiency within the finance team together with supporting the SLT with implementing growth strategy.

Experience within an SME environment is essential, ideally having had involvement in due diligence analysis and acquisitions.

• Review processes and procedures and implement improvements to maximise efficiency
• Manage a small finance team
• Statutory accounts, Management accounts, Board reporting and presentation
• Financial planning, analysis & forecasting
• Foreign currency and risk management
• Stock management
• Due diligence and financial modelling
• Company Secretary
• CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification required
